WAYS TO VOLUNTEER OR SUPPORT

What do we ask from you?
– The Lighthouse Ministry requires a servant attitude and devotion to God. It is hard work, but you get to meet young people from all over the world and are given unique chances to share God’s Good News with them. That makes the work exciting and challenging.
– Applicants should be over 18 years old and must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.

We also look for the following characteristics:
1. You must be born again. (If you do not understand what this means, look in the Gospel of John, chapter 3 verses 1 to 18.)
2. Devotion to God.
3. Willingness to accept a challenge and to bring a positive contribution to the team.

Things you will require:
1. You will have to cover your own travel costs.
2. At this moment in time you will have to cover housing and food costs.

What we offer:
1. If you decide you want to take part in this work we can offer you accommodation including cooking facilities for 6 Euro a day.
2. We can help you with practical information of how to get here.
3. We offer Medical Insurance which covers costs of seeing a doctor or treatment by the nurse, but not medicine or hospital treatment.
